Bradley Pinkerton
Bradley Pinkerton joined the ELI Thrive Board of Directors in 2025 and currently serves as Treasurer. A longtime Birmingham resident, Bradley is grateful for the opportunity to combine his background in business and ministry to help empower families for lasting change through the mission of ELI Thrive.
Bradley holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama. He currently works as an accountant at a downtown Birmingham firm, and throughout his career he has served in a variety of roles in ministry, teaching, and accounting. (Fun childhood dream: at age five, he was certain he would grow up to be an Air Force fighter pilot!)
An early bird by nature, Bradley loves beginning his mornings training for his next marathon or ultramarathon. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, cooking, and traveling. A longtime foster parent, he and his family live near the Woodlawn community.
“I love that ELI Thrive is a local organization focused on equipping people for sustainable flourishing through housing, workforce development, health, and education.”
