Paige Jordan-Director of Development
Paige has been part of the ELI Thrive family since 2014, serving in various development roles and now as our Director of Development. She brings years of experience, a heart for underserved communities, and a passion for social justice to everything she does.
A proud Auburn University graduate with a degree in Communications, Paige is married to Bryan and mom to three wonderful kids—Ella, Brenley, and James. When she was five, she dreamed of becoming a marine biologist, but today she channels that same curiosity and determination into helping families build brighter futures.
Her favorite passport stamp is from Kenya, a trip that deepened her love for global and local community work. An early bird (with a large cup of coffee in hand), Paige finds the most inspiring part of her job to be “seeing families make sustainable change and hearing their stories firsthand.”
Paige is excited about ELI Thrive’s continued growth across the city and the progress being made for families every day.
