Once a month, we host a “Shopping Sunday” for our ELI Thrive families. This special event gives families the opportunity to shop in our food market, allowing them to use the money they would have spent on groceries for another important part of their budget. We are excited to launch a new opportunity at ELI Thrive this year! We are seeking two volunteers per session to assist our community facilitators as they lead children ages 4–11 through age appropriate curriculum about finance while their parents attend an adult financial literacy course. This new offering allows the entire family to learn and grow together, and we can’t wait to share it with our families.
